Brevo was called Sendinblue until it rebranded in 2023. It's an all-in-one marketing and CRM tool similar to Mailchimp. Transactional emailing is not their main focus. Nonetheless, it offers a great feature set inkl. templates, webhooks, email batching and scheduling.

Mailjet is primarily focused on email marketing, while its sister service Mailgun is meant for transactional emails. However, Mailgun's free plan is useless, while Mailjet's is quite good. Templates, bulk sending, webhooks and statistics API endpoints are available.
